Ad Writing
Based on in-depth research, we have created a proprietary system that instantly
creates compelling ads for listings, from multi-million dollar estates, to low-end
condominiums. The AdWrite Engine is designed to automatically write “intelligent”
marketing copy in either English or two dialects of Spanish based on the homebuyer’s
values and lifestyle.
Ad Building
Ad building can be composed at your location using QuarkXpress or InDesign, or AdWriter’s
staff can create and send you completed PDFs. The Advantage System allows for the
elimination of deadline stress. There is no data re-entry, which reduces costly
credits due to typographical errors. It reduces, if not eliminates, proofs and allows
for a faster turnaround.

Tracking and Exporting
Each time a listing is scheduled in the AdVantage System, it is recorded and tracked
using AdTrak® technology. Advertising is tracked by listing, agent or office. A summary
of the number of times a listing has been scheduled, and the number of publications
in which the listing has appeared in various reports using AdTrak. The enhanced
data, including ad copy and images, can be exported to other locations. Enhance
